About the Role

Merit One is seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to establish and strengthen partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions. The role involves developing strategic relationships, expanding campus outreach initiatives, and representing Merit One within the education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
• Build strong relationships with placement cells, faculty members, and college management.
• Develop partnerships for internships, workshops, training programs, and campus initiatives.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and business discussions with institutional stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute partnership programs successfully.
• Monitor partnership performance and maintain engagement reports.
